Hey, this is exactly what we collectors do like concerning edged weapons: Rareness and best condition! It is always a treat to see such wonderful items.

Excellent photos - soft box makes all the difference, backgrounds compliment the daggers

Gee, Paul, you have everything else and in great shape and by rare makers, so a 'soft box' should be mandatory.

BTW, I don't know what that is either wink

Cheers.

That RLB is to die (or kill) for.

The RLB's have always been my favorite of the 3rd Reich daggers.

A "Soft Box is a box covered with light material where you put the lights all around the box and it gives you uniform lighting with 0 glare.

Auction houses use them. That is quite a compliment to your photographic skills Paul.

Many thanks guys. Jim ill dig out my other RLB's and post those, including the unique one in my Avatar. The art deco styling make them my all time favourites-much undervalued in my opinion!

Thank you -Jim W

Yes - excellent photos
very hard to photograph metal objects without flares or hot spots
