On the surface, this eBay ring looks really nice - vent hole, materials, patterns, construction.... seems to be a nice Italian made dak- hallmark should say "800" and the lozenge has the right shape and a fasces- it should have a number and letter code too....but I'm concerned about the hallmark, it's hard to see...and more specifically- the line or "crack" running across the underside of the ring. Seller has a lot of nice items and I'm liking everything about this but the line and possibly the stamps, but I'm awaiting better pictures... what do you guys think? Thanks for any thoughts/comments.

Pics are not good enaugh. But no real faults visible and more good than bad signs.
In my opinion it has a good chance.

hi guys
this dak ring im not convinced its good one thing for sure is that rip in the metal shank shows me its hollow and appears to be aluminum or zink pot metal mixter in the metals the inside show a die cast line and the outside has a very dull color to the metal as odel says more pictures are needed to give a better judgement if the oewner can tell us a little bit more about the weight of the ring i will bet a donut its very lite in weight hope all agrees andy militarynut

I think this ring is a good one. Shows all the features we should see on this rings. It is hollow inside, has a little hole, it is silver and is correctly marked. For me enough.

Hi all! IMO, this is a good, legit ring one of a couple Italian DAK's the seller had. It would be in my collection already if the seller would ship to the US. To me it has everything you should see in one of this type. Being hollow construction, these are easily damaged, and i have more than a few with dents and splits.
