what you have is a hunting dagger made by clemens/jung appears in nice decent shape hunting scenes etc . i think your missing middle acorn is that right or is my eyes fooling me again . i think gary baz69 who is the hunting garu here on gdc he will educate you further hope this little helps best andy militarynut

It looks to me like a missing acorn as well. Not in great shape although the etch does look nice.

I would guess that it is not a high value item at all, but then what do I know?

Pre WWII weimar period foresters hirschfänger by Clemen &Jung, no scabbard I presume, reasonable condition value would be around $200.

Thank you so much for your help. I was not sure of the time period,and did not know the maker. Thanks guys, there is some rust on the blade, and there is no scabbard. I do want to sell it, if anyone is interested. Thanks again.
