Hello ,
did the Kosova/ Albanian SS Skanderbeg soldiers have the SS shield badge on their helmets ?
Or a double headed Albanian eagle badge on red background ?

Albanian was indeed the two headed eagle on red. Never have seen that on a helmet. The research project is on you. Report back.
