Hope someone can help me out here. Not sure if these are military or not, but came in a footlocker of a Pacific U.S. WWII vet.
They are silk and around 8 inches in length, any ideas?

hi jim hope this e mail finds you doing well . i will take a wild guess crossed cannons usually indicat artillery could they have been covers for large artiller sights you have to ask some one to read what these charectors mean most of our experenced members on this japanese forum left and went on whermach awards forum one more thing you might look up stewarts militaryia from arizona he can tell you exactly when you find out please tell us thanks for showing us. ps if your comeing to sos show bring me something nice god bless andy militarynut
