Real as they come. Eickhorn 3220 pattern etch on a long blade is a nice one to have.
Good find as your first one.

I agree with John that it is a good original Eickhorn example. Your bayonet is also a good example of the fact that the plastic grips do sometime show wear and tear and the rivets are not always pristine. It appears they have been tightened up with a peen mark in the center of the reverse rivets. This certainly looks to be a period adjustment from what I can see in the photographs.

Ron S. Aren't these things just GREAT !! The etches from the different companies are so diverse and done with such precision and quality they are in a field all there own in this hobby. Thank goodness returning soldiers would bring back a few, without them there would be no interest.
