Doesn't look to me like it was "declared genuine" at WAF.
Gaspare weighed in liking it, tough to dispute him on rings. hapur knows what he is talking about as well, I am leaning towards post WW2. It was bought on ebay, I haven't looked but I'm guessing at any one time you could find half a dozen more, all from east Europe.

I agree, not such detail to it,,but it loks like it had a rough life..,,really all depends on IF the skull is hollow and its soldered on.. The markings are correct for the ring. It's very small,,and it looks like someone tried to resize it with a knife ...... Maybe the new owner could let us know about that skull..
