I would say it looks like crown on crossed rifles. On sides finnish coat of arms lion without doubts.

Byz.,,, hey, nice ring regardless of age!! Yes, its Finn. There are inside hallmarks,,there is a code that will tell you age.. Go to any silver hallmark site and it will show you date codes..

I forgot all about this...sorry, guys...anyway I'm having a tough time getting a good inside band picture but I'll try again today or tonite...it's a big ring, probably a size 12 or 13, with 2 solder marks on either side of the inner band...the stamp is partially obscured, but Gaspare, it says none of the above...the marking reads PRIMA UH as best as I can tell....all the info I've found about it is from Finnish language sites.

This looks like a manufacturers mark on a maybe Alpacca made ring

HHhhmmm,,, Well it could be early postwar too... As far as material,,if its alpaca or a neusilber type thing..
Clean hands good and ring in morning. Wear ring and check around mid day [4 hrs is a good tell, but you can leave on to end of your day] . IF you see blackish marks under ring on your finger is either very low content silver,,or alpaca / neusilber. Please let us know Byz........

While taking a closer look on the first pics i have the opinion this ring is made at least from 3 pieces.
The band with this 2 seams is of course 2 piece...maybe a resizing.
And the plate, looks like other material than the band, is seperate soldered on.

Great finds, man! And thanks for the pics and research! G, my finger isn't black yet, but the ring is definitely not sterling silver...im wearing next to a nice old silver ring I've had for years and they are totally different looking and feeling.
