I think it is a NASDAP early standartfuhrer but I cant find a pic of a similar one. This one has the acorns

Standartfuhrer (1st or 2nd issue) for either the Obersten SA Führung or Feldherrnhalle. An example is in the GDC Reference Library in "Insignia-SA".
