Here is the new piece in my collection. Can anyone identify from which period comes from? Is from Imperial or Third Reich period. Note the Pack maker mark is the early one PO&Co , but grip is gilted aluminum.
Thanks Stingray

I don't know the model number either but I would say it is a Weimar or early NS Zeit Cavalry Officer sword.

Thanks guys But what about the aluminum guard? I thought that they used brass only during the WW1 period.

Regards Yes, they mostly used brass and steel guards during WWI. This is why we are saying it is probably not Imperial but a later sword from the time of the Weimar Republic or Nazi era.

I believe PO & Co were taken over by Ernst Pack in 1923, so unless it has been re-hilted which I somehow doubt this piece must be before then, probably early Weimar?

Here is a Weimar era Weyersburg sword for comparison. In general it is similar except for the grip material.
This is nto aluminum, rather gilded brass.

Looking at the FW Holler 1941 catalogue, there are several swords offered with the identical configuration of the Pack first presented here. These are without the swastika.
Would Pack have offered the same thing in 1941 or prior??
