Just got back from the OVMS show at Roberts Center
Yesterday!

Many of our members were in attendance! But also got to see some friends and a few I had not met!

Had time to snap a few shots of members things!

I will place some in the forum sections also!

Last OVMS Roberts Center show I took 220 pics and nobody really cared!

So I just picked out some of our members and shot some pics
of things I liked!

Seemed to be lots of nice Hunting items,Shooting items,
and nice daggers!

I thought the show was very slow but thats when you buy some things, talk to collectors, and make contacts for future!
I had the chance to see Ed Sunday and he brought some fine condition pieces and was willing to share!

Love the mini armies he had! The silver and quality of the 2 was outstanding!

Sorry about quality of pics as the overhead lights makes it tough!

In person holding them its what makes it special!

I hope Ed sees and tells us about the mini's!

Eric Rader found some superb items! Look at this rare bird alumimum Cutlass with National emblem!

He must have been up all night looking at it as his eyes
are very heavy! grin

Ed had some nice ivory Hunting Cutlass's with stunning Ivory plates on them!

Tell us Ed about them!

Ed had many SA daggers that were just super nice! JP Sauer,Emil Voos, and a Ground Rohm by F Dick!!!

He always has minty stuff that is hard to photo in this place
but in hand is a sight!

Ed had so many minty Police bayo's, 3 piece SA hangers to die for!

The mini's were 3/4 size and am sorry I could not capture the beauty because of lights!

Now for you Hunting and Shooting folks!

Had some oldtime collector just selling his items for $5.00
ea and he had a stack! Did I do alright?

Maybe I'll tell Baz and Bill Warda about them maybe they

What I like is collectors are always bringing some from home to show or its under the table!

I like the stories of what came to be shown under the table
and the bishops and Pope of hobby must pass blessing on objects
to avoid scorn! But if its blessed the flock then kiss the icons of hobbies rings and carry tales of the finds home1

When the pope brings stuff the oooohhhh's and ahhhhhhha's
sound out!

Its nice to see the goodies!

I hope Eric Rader shows that fine Police double decal helmet he got and Japanese pistol and holster!

I ran out of pics!

JR and son were on the prowl at the show!

Next show is June at Roberts Center after the huge SOS show!

Lots of stuff for sure!

Met member Jager! Jim Bond! I was set up next to him and his wife!

Super nice and he shared some items for folks!

Some items called a fuzzy! Maybe Jim can tell it!

It was a really fun show, slower sales, BUT I sold 90% of my goods as I priced them to sell. Always fun seeing friends and goodies....

Yes tired but what a lousy photo of me lol!

The cutless came from a picker in CA, not from the show.

Paul,

Thanks for giving us a brief glimpse of the show. You picked some lovely things for us all to enjoy. Job well done sir!

Best regards!

Bill

Ps next time you find a table that has $5 shooting medals like those, you have my permission to get me a couple hundred bucks worth ... grin
