Wow, very nice grouping. These sort of Athletic games were held to give the occupation troops something to do. The medals by themselves are interesting, but the fact that they were awarded to a WW1 US 5th Marine makes it one nice grouping. Too bad the USMC CG medal is not engraved. i am not sure of value, but it is a good group! Thanks for sharing it with us.

I agree with Jerry, great grouping and to a marine to boot. Very Nice!! You should do a search on the guy to find out more about him, WW1 stuff from the AEF and WW1 is pretty collectible.

Thanks for the comments and info,I dont collect much ww1 stuff,mostly ww2.Will probably sell or trade them off.Here is a tin about the size of a sardine can,ration for downed pilot I bet.

Off the cuff I would say $300-500+ but thats based pretty much on the GC & Victory, and speculation on the others.
