In a market place I was offered this German helmet Mº 35 with the interior Czechoslovakian, the seller has assured me that the black paint is the original of the time, I would like to know if you see it right to make an offer and if you see any flag Red, could you tell me something about your labeling? Is it 100% original? A helmet like that is worth in the market? As always I am at the disposal of your wise advice.

Eh, Might be original paint, but is NOT SS.All that is there worth buying is a standard shell, liner is nonsense.I have many black painted shells, civil police wear was common and many on market, with original liners-chin straps.

Probably Czech fire brigade used post war that is where they have came in from. timothy
