Appears to be a parts gun made up of a 1908 Erfurt Heer barrel/receiver and a Mauser "BYF" toggle and small parts. Not sure what the frame is from. If it doesn't have the stock lug, the frame is from a 1908 model.

will any other pictures help? I know it was arsenal refinished from the stamp, so i can see why parts from so many other weapons. mag bottom is aluminum i think, not wood.frame stamped 1913.
