Hi Gents , this is being sold as a Customs etch with additional Jager 99 etch , the ones i normally see are within the pointed book end etch pattern normally WKC marked ! no mention of a maker mark either , any help greatly appreciated ,

There are not enough pictures to really tell me anything, but what I see so far, I do not like.

I would agree with John, better pictures at needed. The background frosting in the etch looks very odd indeed.

+2 with John and Billy. Plus the borders look bad. (Too wide) I think someone ruined a nice period dress bayonet here. JMHO.

Thanks guys , I have requested more pics. for the record and for the reasons stated i'm no fan either , i'm also no etch expert and I can't find anything to compare it to . Billy you note the odd frosted background , the seller describes it as being blue in tone ! also described as a customs etch with a later applied jager etch and describes the NCO knot as customs . i'll also wager it's unmarked too , were the jager etches limited to WKC Horster and Holler ?
regards

I have seen a Jager 99 etch on an unmarked Pack etched blade.
