So I got home from work yesterday and to my surprise I have a letter from tom wittman. I open it up to find its a invoice for an army officers dagger. Well the thing is I never ordered this dagger, and to make it even more of a mystery it says ive paid $400.00 on this dagger. I checked my bank record and it didnt come out of my bank up here. I sent them an email and unfortunately they wont be in the office till monday but they said well get it all sorted out. I told them I havent lived at that address for months so if they recieved a payment from there it wasnt from me. I am hoping someone else purchased this dagger and there was somehow a mix up, Id hate for someone to totally pay off a nice dagger only to have it be shipped to me by mistake. If that isnt the case however it means someone stole my identity. I will keep you posted, they immediately responded to my emails so thats good, just goes to show the craziness in this hobby, I was really not expecting that when I opened that letter up.

BTW I cant go to into details but if someone else did order this dagger and is paying it off and is viewing the forums, i"ll make sure this gets sorted out so you get your dagger when it's paid off. I'd hate to be the guy who pays over a grand for a dagger on layaway, only to have it shipped to the wrong person, and then wittman to get stuck with the bill and have to refund that purchase out of his own pocket. Glad I caught this before one day I just randomly recieve a mint army officers dagger in the mail that I never paid a cent towards.

They confirmed it too, apperantly there is a dagger in the safe with my name on it, I was able to locate it on his listing as well, too weird. Ill have to wait till monday when theyre in the office to confirm exactly whats going on, but someone has been paying for this piece and its on lay-away in my name... to weird since you gotta call in to place orders.
