Hi everyone,

I'm new to the world of collecting bayonets and while looking around, I managed to stumble on GermanDaggers.com and thought I'd join up.

I've made a couple of purchases so far - hopefully legit ones.

Cheers,
Darren

G'day Darren,

Welcome. Show us your bayonets if you'd like an opinion

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the g'day. :-)

I've posted up some pics of my first purchase, a Heer short dress bayonet here: http://phpstack-500133-1583587.cloudwaysapps.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=330001&#Post330001

I'll post up some pics of my second purchase, a long Feuerschutz , when I'm home tonight (Australian time), and a third bayonet (K98) once that arrives.

Cheers,
Darren

Well, your first one seems to be a good choice. Thanks for posting pics instead of links.

Hi Dow,

Thanks. smile

At the moment it's WWII era German bayonets (I came across the dress bayonets by chance) but I'll be looking to expand my collection over time.

Cheers,
Darren
